I appreciate appliance experts who go above and beyond. The pump was replaced as planned for my dishwasher and then the dishwasher was thoroughly tested for optimal cleaning. One other issue was identified and a valve had to be replaced. The parts store is nearby so they were able to pick up the additional part and complete the repair. I wouldn't have ever known about the second issue because it didn't "break" the dishwasher. Once the microwave was opened, it was determined that the latch wasn't broken, so that part was returned without charge and the true reason for the issue was addressed. Quality appliances are expensive to replace and I am so appreciative of the work done today knowing my dishwasher and microwave should last for a good while longer. I highly recommend this company. I will use them again next time the need arises.

Joe my service technician on time. Very knowledgeable and detailed and didn’t take a lot of time to do what needed to done. Tested and advise how to check the following day to ensure problem had been resolved. All around great service! Thank you.

Our experience with JJ Appliance was excellent for a number of reasons: (1) our service technician Marcos communicated with us prior to his arrival to let us know he was on his way (2) upon his timely arrival Marcos was well informed of our needs, highly proficient and communicated what he was doing (3) Marcos' technical expertise was obvious from the way he quickly determined the problem with our Speed Queen washer and surveyed the entire system for any other potential issues, organized his tools and worked effectively in a small area (4) Marcos was very professional, highly knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient. Overall this service call turned into a very positive event and the end results "a working washer" was very much appreciated! Thank You Marcos!!
